Wednesdays: 5.15pm to 6.00pm - School term times only. Places limited.
MAIN CLUB
Tuesdays: 6.30pm to 7.30pm Beginners and all Grades
Tuesdays: 7.30pm to 8.30pm 3rd Kyu and above only
Thursdays (7-16 years old) At Dundale School: 5:30pm to 6:15pm Beginner - Red Belt
Thursdays (7-16 years old) At Dundale School: 6:15pm to 7pm Yellow belt - purple belt
Thursdays (7-16 years old) At Dundale School: 7pm - 8pm Brown and Black belt
Thursdays (16+):7.15pm to 8.15pm Beginners and all Grades
Thursdays (16+):8.15pm to 9.15pm 3rd Kyu and above only
Sundays: 10.00am to 11.00 Beginners and all Grades
Sundays: 11.00am to 12.00 3rd Kyu and above
Sundays: 12.00am to 1.00 Advanced class, by invitation only
